Newer Construction, Different Problems

South Jordan has grown enormously in the last twenty-five years, so most of what we work on here is relatively young pipe.

Newer PVC laterals resist roots well, which means the classic old-neighborhood root call is rarer here. The trade-off is that new construction brings its own failures: debris left in the line during the build, sections that settle before the ground has fully compacted, and connections that were rushed.

The other common South Jordan call is simply usage. Big households put a lot through a kitchen line, and grease coats pipe regardless of how new it is. That is a jetting job, not a cabling job.
